This role involves drafting pleadings, researching, communicating with clients, negotiating with opposing counsel, and appearing in Nevada courts as needed. Fully remote with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license required.
• 1+ years of attorney experience (all experience levels are encouraged to apply).
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
• Must reside in the State of Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed throughout their cases.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions.
• Attend court appearances and hearings in Nevada as needed.
