Job summary

New Gig Solutions is partnering with a well-established, mission-driven law firm seeking a Nevada-licensed Associate Attorney to join its growing remote team. This full-time role is fully remote with Pacific Time hours and a $115,000 salary.

You will manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake to resolution, draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research, and communicate directly with clients to guide their cases toward favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• 1+ years of attorney experience; attorneys with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients and keep them informed throughout their cases.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions.
• Attend court appearances and hearings in Nevada as needed.
