You will work with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to support local care delivery and patient outcomes. The role emphasizes proactive outreach to HCPs, speaker programs, and collaboration with local leaders to inform strategy and drive business goals in the Northeast Texas

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience; more for ReadyNow program.
• 3+ years of B2B or outside sales experience in regulated or healthcare environments.
• 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience with patient-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access, on-label information, and patient care guidance.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and coordinate with ecosystem colleagues.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize provider groups with local leaders.
• Ensure requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call plans.
• Elevate insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
