Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks a Neuroscience Specialist to engage healthcare providers using in‑person, virtual, and digital tools.

You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to deliver expert insights on on‑label information and patient care guidance. You will drive proactive outreach, facilitate speaker programs, organize local provider discussions, and relay market insights to inform local strategy and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.
• Prior CNS/psychiatry/ADHD experience preferred.
• Experience launching a new product or indication preferred.
• Must reside within 50 miles commuting distance from primary city in territory.
• 4+ years in sales with HCPs, multi‑product experience.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments undergoing transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals through in-person, virtual, and digital tools.
• Direct customers to colleagues (e.g., CSS) as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead with local market insights.
• Collaborate with ecosystem teams to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Act on insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
