Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences, based in Pasadena, seeks an Account Specialist to promote our neuroscience portfolio and build lasting physician relationships. You will drive territory growth through targeted education and strategic account management with in-person and virtual engagements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, ensure compliant field activities, and manage resources to meet sales objectives while residing within the assigned geographic area and maintaining a strong local

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 4+ years in commercial pharma/biotech, with specialty pharma/LTC or neurology sales experience; driving promotions.
• Experience with sales platforms and BI tools (Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Veeva) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote Neurocrine products and grow sales in assigned territory.
• Develop long-term relationships with physicians, nurses and care teams.
• Educate external customers on product benefits and indications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Access and Medical Science Liaison teams.
• Manage resources and meet or exceed territory objectives.
