Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Rare Disease Key Account Manager to reduce time to diagnosis, improve patient access, and optimize buy-and-bill operations across the Mid-Atlantic. You will partner with hospitals, infusion centers, and specialty clinics to drive therapy adoption and ensure site readiness.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Master’s degree and 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• High School diploma/GED and 12 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience

Responsibilities

• Account Strategy & Enterprise Value: assess barriers and develop plans to grow rare disease therapy access.
• Clinic Contracting & Access: lead contracting opportunities and address barriers.
• Buy-and-Bill Optimization & Site Enablement: improve reimbursement readiness and site readiness.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Insights: coordinate field execution with multiple teams and provide insights.
