Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Rare Disease Key Account Manager - Neurology for the Great Plains to improve time to diagnosis and access for patients. You will partner with health systems, infusion centers, and specialty clinics to address contracting, reimbursement, and site-of-care challenges across assigned accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop account plans, and drive initiatives that strengthen clinic readiness and patient care, with 40–60% travel.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or higher and 2+ years of sales/account management experience.
• Preferred experience with rare disease, specialty therapeutics or buy-and-bill environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities across clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify access, operational, economic barriers across assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations with clinical, finance, and operations partners.
