Job summary

OU Health seeks an experienced Professional Coder - Radiology to join the Revenue Integrity team. This role offers 100% remote work with flexible shifts after training, including four 9-hour days and one 4-hour day.

The ideal candidate has CIRCC experience or related credentials and can code across multiple radiology specialties. Responsibilities include complex professional coding in diverse settings, from hospital outpatient to telehealth, with emphasis on E/M levels, ICD-10-CM, CPT, and payer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPC or CCS-P certification preferred/required.
• Experience with teaching hospital or trauma center coding desirable.
• Experience with CT, MRI, and Ultrasound coding advantageous; CIRCC certification favored.

Responsibilities

• Code complex professional encounters across multiple specialties and settings with correct sequencing and modifiers.
• Resolve coding-related edits and denials; coordinate documentation clarification and rebilling actions.
• Apply payer policies, NCCI concepts, and telehealth rules to pro fee claims.
