Qualifications

• US Citizen willing to take a drug test and background check.
• Need experience in networking hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for Microsoft core business applications and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot workstation, networking, and server issues remotely.
• Manage disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Support remote access solutions like VPN and Citrix.
• Document internal processes and procedures.
