Job summary

Plative is seeking an Alliance Manager for our NetSuite Go-To-Market strategy. You will own relationships, referrals, and the co-sell motion with NetSuite teams and drive the referral pipeline across the ecosystem.

You will enable NetSuite reps, manage events, and report on KPIs such as pipeline, leads, and ROI. This remote role offers travel to field events and SuiteWorld conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of alliance management experience at a professional services firm within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Oracle NetSuite's internal org — Direct, AMO, Selection, FAB, PE — and the NSCorp partner portal.
• Outgoing, social presence with a genuine desire to build and maintain a wide professional network.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to plan schedules and set priorities without day-to-day direction.
• Analytical, data-driven approach using pipeline and referral metrics to focus time and effort.
• Salesforce proficiency for daily use, including reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with NetSuite Direct, AMO, Selection, FAB, and PE teams across all units.
• Plan and execute in-person events and manage the budget.
• Enable NetSuite reps on Plative’s capabilities and how to partner with us.
• Turn relationships into referrals and own the full lead lifecycle in NSCorp and Salesforce.
• Activate SDN partners and drive referral volume across the network.
• Produce and distribute win stories to NetSuite and SDN partner teams on a regular cadence.
• Report on KPIs including pipeline, leads, activation, event ROI, and portal compliance.
