Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an ERP Implementation Lead to drive NetSuite deployments across a growing network. The role is remote/field-based with regular travel, and you will partner with finance, operations, and external implementers to standardize processes.

You will own the project lifecycle from discovery to go-live, build future-state workflows, and lead training and post-launch support to drive user adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementations or finance-process transformation.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience required across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, GL, AP/AR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations across multiple operating companies.
• Develop implementation plans, timelines, readiness criteria, and risks.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and branch leadership on future-state workflows.
• Serve as primary liaison with external NetSuite partner.
• Provide guidance on workflows, dashboards, roles, and reporting.
• Coordinate data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Lead UAT and ensure configuration, integrations, and reporting meet needs.
• Create cutover and go-live plans to minimize disruption.
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on training.
• Provide on-site support during go-live and stabilize adoption.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, controls, and scalability.
