Partner Company is a technology consulting firm that helps organizations optimize NetSuite ERP and related financial processes. We are seeking a dedicated NetSuite Practice Lead to act as trusted advisor, drive client relationships, renewals, and profitability while guiding platform integrations.

You will oversee managed services operations, mentor consultants, and develop dashboards for proactive performance monitoring, with remote work flexibility and US travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• At least four years of hands-on NetSuite experience with relevant certifications.
• Strong ERP, integration, and client management skills.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned NetSuite client accounts.
• Oversee managed services operations and ensure service-level agreements are met.
• Lead client relationships and manage commercial performance, including renewals and profitability.
• Provide NetSuite expertise and guide integrations with platforms like Celigo, Boomi, and FarApp.
• Mentor consultants and develop dashboards for proactive performance monitoring.
