Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a NetSuite Administrator for a remote role with periodic travel to Madison, WI. You will support, maintain, and enhance an existing NetSuite ERP, partnering with Finance, Accounting, IT and stakeholders to improve processes and solutions.

The role targets early-to-mid-career NetSuite professionals, offering exposure to upgrades, integrations, automation, and reporting while collaborating with senior NetSuite resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• 1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Financials, CRM, Inventory or Order Management.
• Understanding of general ledger and accounts payable.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite: users, roles, permissions, security.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, customizations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for integrations.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and promote NetSuite adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on reporting and automation.
• Support testing and automated test scripts.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
