Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. This person will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and other stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.

This remote position involves periodic travel to Madison, WI and requires 2+ years of NetSuite experience, SuiteFoundation certification, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or related field.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years of NetSuite ERP administration or support experience.
• 1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams and requirements.
• Knowledge of NetSuite financials, CRM, inventory, or order management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite users, roles, permissions and security controls.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports and saved searches.
• Translate business requirements into technical NetSuite solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for third-party integrations.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
