Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
2+ years administering NetSuite ERP.
1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams.
Knowledge of NetSuite Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer and support NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
Assist with NetSuite upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
Gather requirements from business users and translate into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
Monitor system performance and maintain data integrity.
Coordinate with third-party integrations and external vendors.
Create user documentation and training materials.
