Qualifications

• 2+ years administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• Certification: NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation.
• Experience with Finance or Accounting teams.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from users and translate into tech solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist end users.
• Maintain system performance and integrity.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and drive NetSuite adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance on reporting and automation.
• Assist testing of automated scripts and new releases.
