Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our established NetSuite ERP environment. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and stakeholders to support daily operations, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.

This role is ideal for an early-to-mid-career NetSuite professional looking to grow alongside senior resources, with remote work and periodic travel to Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification required.
• 2+ years of NetSuite ERP administration experience.
• 1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions and security.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports and saved searches.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain integrity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for integrations.
• Prepare user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and promote NetSuite adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on reporting and processes.
• Support testing and automated test scripts.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
