Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. You will work with Finance, Accounting, IT and other stakeholders to optimize day-to-day operations and drive process improvements.

This role offers remote work with periodic travel to Madison, WI and requires 2+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, along with relevant certifications and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite ERP.
• 1+ year working with Finance or Accounting teams and requirements.
• Knowledge of NetSuite functionality such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.
• Working knowledge of accounting concepts including general ledger and accounts payable.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NetSuite, including users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and maintain system integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and coordinate with external vendors.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and encourage adoption of NetSuite functionality.
• Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting, workflows, automation, and process improvement.
• Support testing and development of automated test scripts.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality, releases, and system best practices.
