Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks a NetSuite Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance an established NetSuite ERP environment. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and stakeholders to support operations, implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.

This is an early-to-mid-career role offering growth alongside senior resources while working remotely with periodic travel to Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/CS or related field.
• NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
• 2+ years of NetSuite ERP administration experience.
• 1+ year working with Finance/Accounting teams.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Financials, CRM, Inventory, or Order Management.
• Understanding of GL and AP concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, and security.
• Support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, implementations, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and assist end users.
• Monitor system performance and integrity.
• Support third-party integrations and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Train users and promote NetSuite adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance/Accounting on reporting and automation.
• Support testing and automated test scripts development.
• Stay current on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
