Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a .NET Full Stack Lead to drive the end-to-end support and delivery of enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions in a healthcare-facing environment.

The role requires deep MS tech stack expertise, cloud-native architectures, and leadership across cross-functional teams, while remaining hands-on in design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization of scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, HTML5, CSS experience.
• 5-10 years with RAG, Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search.
• Hands-on with .NET Core 3.1/5.0, EF, ADO.NET, C#/.NET, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SOAP Web Services and Web APIs.
• Strong SQL Server, T‑SQL/PL‑SQL, LINQ, and relational DB development.
• Experience with NUnit, MSTest, and xUnit.
• Git, logging (NLog/Log4Net), and standard SDLC.
• Nice-to-have: Microsoft Project and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end support and delivery of enterprise apps, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Guide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and best practices across teams.
• Design cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure AI components and microservices.
• Mentor teams and drive high-quality delivery in Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Ensure app reliability, performance, and secure access with RBAC and SSO.
