Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–10 years of experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, HTML5, CSS.
• 5–10 years of experience with RAG and Azure OpenAI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1/5.0, EF, ADO.NET, C#/.NET, and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end support and delivery of enterprise applications and APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Design and support cloud-native solutions using Azure OpenAI, RAG, and AI Search.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in Agile and operational support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across architects, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Implement RBAC and secure access controls across applications.
• Contribute across all SDLC phases including Waterfall and Agile.
