Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong software engineering foundation.
• 5–10 years of experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, Embeddings, and Azure AI services.
• Experience with RBAC, SSO integrations, and secure app design.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise applications in healthcare or highly regulated domains.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and support of enterprise applications.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams across QA, dev, and ops.
• Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using microservices and Kubernetes.
• Implement and optimize AI-powered features and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Ensure application reliability, security, and performance through best practices.
