Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Lead to guide development of enterprise applications in a healthcare setting, leveraging .NET Core, C#, Azure, and AI-driven solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, performance, and modernization while mentoring engineers in an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, cloud-native design, RBAC, and secure, scalable solutions across services and APIs. Remote in the United States is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years of experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, HTML5, and CSS.
• 5-10 years of experience with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1/5.0, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, C#/.NET, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience developing and supporting SOAP Web Services and Web APIs.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SQL/T-SQL/PL-SQL, LINQ, and relational database development.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks including NUnit, MSTest, and xUnit.
• Hands-on experience with Swagger, YAML, JSON, XML/XSD, and XSLT/XPath.
• Experience using Git and software development lifecycle best practices.
• Knowledge of NLog/Log4Net and application logging frameworks.
• Exposure to Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end support and delivery of enterprise apps, APIs, integration services, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Guide troubleshooting for complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor teams and enforce best practices across software engineering and operations.
• Design and support cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, RAG, and Azure AI services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, and modernization initiatives.
• Implement RBAC and secure access controls across applications.
• Work with microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and API frameworks.
• Promote Test-Driven Development and perform performance tuning.
• Support SSO integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Contribute across all SDLC phases in Agile and Waterfall environments.
