Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Lead to guide the development and modernization of enterprise healthcare applications. You will lead design, development, debugging, and optimization across a Microsoft stack, cloud-native architectures, APIs, and AI-powered solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in .NET Core, C#, Azure, SQL Server, microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and modern API frameworks, with strong technical leadership and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–10 years of .NET Framework/Core, C#, Web APIs, HTML5, CSS.
• 5–10 years of RAG, Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search.
• Hands-on with .NET Core 3.1/5.0, EF, ADO.NET, C#, RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SOAP Web Services and Web APIs.
• Strong SQL Server, T‑SQL/PL‑SQL, LINQ skills.
• Unit testing with NUnit, MSTest, and xUnit.
• Swagger, YAML, JSON, XML/XSD, XSLT/XPath.
• Git and SDLC best practices.
• NLog/Log4Net, logging.
• Microsoft Project and Visio preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end support and delivery of enterprise apps, APIs, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Guide development and enhancement activities and promote best practices.
• Design and support cloud-native solutions using Azure OpenAI, RAG, Azure AI Search, and microservices.
• Mentor teams and drive high-quality delivery in Agile and operational environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance.
