Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Lead to guide the development and modernization of enterprise applications in a healthcare context. You will lead cross-functional teams, while remaining hands-on with .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Azure, and AI-driven capabilities.

The role emphasizes leadership, troubleshooting, and delivering scalable, secure solutions across cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization. Remote work is available for qualified U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, APIs, HTML5, CSS.
• Experience with RAG and Azure OpenAI.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs, Azure services, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and support of enterprise applications and APIs.
• Mentor teams and drive high-quality delivery in Agile and operational support.
• Design cloud-native solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and microservices.
• Develop and troubleshoot AI-powered and data-driven features.
• Ensure security with RBAC and SSO integrations; support SRE and performance tuning.
