Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking an organised Dispatcher to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for patients across the United States. You will assign trips, monitor journeys in real time, and serve as the main link between drivers, healthcare facilities, and scheduling teams to ensure safe, timely arrivals.

The ideal candidate has dispatch, logistics, or fleet operations experience and excels at juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, logistics or fleet operations.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trips, requests and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with scheduling software and digital communication tools.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote environment and during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Trip Intake & Scheduling: review requests in Zoho Desk or MOVI; verify details and authorisations; identify missing information.
• Driver Coordination: assign trips by availability and location; relay instructions and changes to drivers; monitor progress.
• Real-Time Dispatch Management: track active trips; handle delays or cancellations; provide ETAs to facilities and families.
• Documentation & System Updates: update trip statuses; log delays and incidents; maintain trip notes.
• Problem-Solving & Operational Support: resolve conflicts; escalate when needed; collaborate with schedulers and drivers.
