Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative - Call Center to support our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team. This is a 100% work-from-home role that requires reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

You will answer inbound calls, assist members with transportation scheduling, update ride details, verify information, and log interactions in our systems. Paid training is provided, with starting pay of $11 per hour and $12 after 90 days, for Kansas

Qualifications

• Must currently live in Kansas
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable internet and a secure, quiet home workspace
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfort handling inbound calls throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls from members
• Help schedule transportation to medical appointments and healthcare services
• Update, change, or cancel transportation reservations
• Verify member and trip information
• Enter accurate information into company systems
• Communicate with transportation providers and healthcare facilities
• Document customer and member interactions clearly and accurately
• Follow procedures, client requirements, and compliance standards
• Provide respectful, professional support in a remote call center setting
