Job summary

TrueNorth Steel seeks a Territory Sales Manager to promote corrugated steel pipe and related products across North Dakota. This remote role requires frequent travel (40–60%) to meet engineers, counties, and contractors, driving bids and pricing strategies to win projects.

The candidate will leverage a proven sales background, communicate effectively, and manage relationships with customers while coordinating with estimators and civil engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• Self-motivated with a driven personality and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to engineering firms, state and local agencies, and contractors within the territory
• Maintain and update the CRM with prospects and customers for Inside Sales and Estimators
• Travel 40–60% to meet clients, prepare bids, and support project delivery
• Explain product features and benefits as solutions to customer needs
• Coordinate with Estimators and Civil Engineers on bids and pricing
• Attend regional meetings and industry tradeshows as required
