Fibergrate Structures seeks an energetic Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Manitoba, Canada. You will prospect, build relationships with engineers and contractors, and close deals through in-person calls and compelling product demonstrations.

The role emphasizes independent work in a remote-friendly environment with frequent travel within the territory and strong use of CRM tools to track progress and forecasts.

Competenze

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience in industrial, construction, or engineered products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory through prospecting, relationship development, and account management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and municipal markets.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Travel extensively within the territory as required.
