Job summary

TrueNorth Steel, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Manager to oversee field execution across multiple jobsites in TX, ensuring safety, quality, and project timelines. The role requires coordinating crews, communicating with clients, and traveling to sites, with a hybrid on-site/dallas-based remote arrangement.

The position emphasizes safety leadership, site planning, and strong coordination with project managers to maintain schedules and labor resources across markets in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• 5+ years of superintendent/foreman/lead field experience in commercial/industrial construction or structural/miscellaneous steel installation preferred.
• Experience managing multiple jobsites and crews simultaneously preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field execution across multiple active jobsites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.
• Schedule, direct, and manage crews to meet production and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers and participate in on-site meetings.
• Develop field partners and establish in-house field labor capability for Dallas–Fort Worth markets.
• Travel to and work at various TNS project sites in TX; maintain daily logs and field notes.
