Peachtree Hotel Corporate LLC is seeking a Director of Land Acquisition to source raw land and finished lot opportunities across North Carolina, with a remote work setup. This role leads underwriting, negotiation, and deal execution to support our growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have deep NC market knowledge, strong broker and municipal relationships, and a proven record of closing land deals, entitlements, and development coordination.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the North Carolina land markets with proven deal history.
• Strong network with land brokers, landowners, and municipalities to source opportunities.
• Experience in underwriting, feasibility analysis, and deal structuring for land acquisitions.
• Ability to lead and coordinate entitlements, development processes, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Sourceland, pipeline development, and opportunity identification across NC markets (Charlotte, Raleigh, coastal growth areas).
• Lead underwriting including IRR modeling, land residuals, and due diligence.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, options, and joint ventures; present opportunities to leadership.
• Coordinate entitlements, development approvals, and cross-functional teams with legal, engineering, and municipal partners.
