Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Director of Land Acquisition to source, underwrite, negotiate, and secure residential land opportunities across Tennessee. The role leads land acquisition strategy and pipeline, leveraging deep Tennessee market knowledge and strong relationships with brokers, landowners, and municipalities to close deals.

The position coordinates due diligence, entitlements, and development processes, and presents opportunities to executive leadership for investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Tennessee land markets.
• Strong relationships with brokers, landowners, and municipalities.
• Proven track record of closing land deals.

Responsibilities

• Source raw land, entitled land, and finished lot opportunities across Tennessee.
• Build and maintain relationships with land brokers, developers, engineers, and landowners.
• Lead underwriting including land residuals, IRR modeling, and feasibility analysis.
• Structure and negotiate purchase agreements, options, and joint ventures.
• Coordinate due diligence including environmental, geotechnical, and legal reviews.
• Engage with local municipalities, planning commissions, and governing bodies.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity across Tennessee.
