Job summary

Qualifications

• Acquisition experience in identifying and underwriting residential land parcels.
• Experience with entitlement processes including rezoning and construction plan approvals.
• Site development experience managing budgets, schedules, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of the entire land life-cycle.
• Find and purchase property in Wilmington and surrounding areas.
• Coordinate and manage rezoning, permits, site civil construction, and platting of finished lots.
• Manage and approve necessary documents and invoices.
