Responsibilities

• Land Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue raw land, entitled land, and finished lot opportunities across target North Carolina markets (e.g., Charlotte, Raleigh, coastal and growth corridors).
• Deal Underwriting & Feasibility: Lead financial analysis including land residuals, IRR modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Negotiation & Acquisition: Structure and negotiate purchase agreements, options, and joint ventures; present opportunities to executives; manage deal closing.
• Entitlements & Development Coordination: Partner with land development, engineering, and legal teams through entitlement and permitting processes; engage with municipalities.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track market trends, pricing, and competitive activity; identify growth opportunities.
