• Knowledge of land, finished lot, and site development costs.
• Strong Excel skills and GIS familiarity.
• Local Winterville area contacts including brokers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of the entire land life-cycle.
• Find and purchase property in Pitt, Lenoir, and surrounding counties.
• Coordinate rezoning, permits, site construction, and platting of finished lots.
• Manage and approve necessary documents and invoices.
