Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience or commensurate experience.
• Clearance: Secret.
• Demonstrated instructional systems design experience.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into learning solutions.
• Strong writing and storyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct front-end instructional analysis to identify training requirements and approaches.
• Develop, review, revise, and map learning objectives to training requirements.
• Write instructional scripts for interactive and web-based training.
• Develop detailed storyboards communicating content, interactions, graphics, and assessments.
• Collaborate with Government SMEs to validate content and ensure NAVEDTRA standards.
• Design interactions, practice opportunities, and knowledge checks.
• Review multimedia products against storyboards and ensure instructional intent.
• Support production schedules and project milestones.
