Job summary

Sellers & Associates LLC seeks an Instructional Systems Specialist to support the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of Navy training programs. You will apply instructional design principles, learning technologies, and DoD requirements to create effective training solutions.

The role requires a MID experience level, Secret clearance, and on-site work in Groton, CT with travel 0-10%. You will collaborate with government personnel, instructors, and SMEs to ensure operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing or supporting an educational design and development project.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a contract for the U.S. Navy, DoD, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience with design, development, and analysis of training systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration with government customers and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Navy training programs.
• Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective training solutions.
• Conduct analyses to identify performance gaps and learning objectives.
• Develop and revise curricula, courseware, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Coordinate with government personnel and SMEs to reflect requirements.
• Support training modernization initiatives and improve accessibility and delivery.
• Perform QA reviews ensuring compliance with Navy/DoD standards.
• Maintain training products through lifecycle and support CM.
• Prepare reports and program documentation as required.
