Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline.
• US citizenship is required.
• Travel across CONUS and some OCONUS travel.
• 12 years of experience with US Federal government on Architect-Engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for NAVY/NAVFAC accounts and drive growth.
• Manage account plan development and regional engagement across NAVY/NAVFAC regions.
• Oversee pursuit support, SF pipeline reviews, and capture plans for major opportunities.
• Ensure contract performance oversight and compliance with FAR requirements.
