Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Executive CAM to lead the Army account within the National Government team. The CAM will drive growth, manage opportunities, and ensure cohesiveness among business lines while meeting annual targets. Strong leadership and federal contracting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience with US Federal government architecture/engineering programs.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans and manage portfolio growth for the Army account.
• Identify external drivers influencing the marketplace and allocate resources for growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and coordinate with regional leaders and BLs to meet targets.
• Lead proposals, pricing, and compliance with federal requirements.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction across major programs.
