Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Executive for our Army Account Team as a Client Account Manager. Flexible location within major US cities; remote work supported. The role focuses on client development, strategic direction, and performance across the National Governments team, reporting to the US Defense Director.

Lead opportunities, ensure FAR compliance, and drive growth for the DOD Army Team while coordinating with regional leaders and business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS travel.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and growth strategy for the Army account.
• Manage relationships with major clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and coordinate capture and proposal activities.
