Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Client Account Senior Manager to enhance our partnership with NASA, leading strategic accounts across regions and global programs. The role requires developing, growing and sustaining business while coordinating across teams to deliver high-quality service, and navigating complex client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of leadership, a engineering/architecture background, and direct NASA collaboration experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or other related discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency including at least 2 years of leadership.
U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
Prior experience with NASA and the ability to navigate relationships within the organization is essential.

Responsibilities

Primary contact for AECOM's relationships with large regional accounts or global accounts.
Develop, grow and sustain AECOM's business for assigned accounts.
Coordinate interactions with the client to ensure high quality service and resolve delivery issues or conflicts.
Lead and mentor team members in building relationships across the organization.
Identify growth opportunities and manage a pipeline of significant new business opportunities.
