Job summary

AECOM seeks an Executive CAM for our Army Account Team within National Governments. This role drives strategic direction, client relationships, and growth across the DOD Army portfolio, reporting to the US Defense Director.

Location is flexible to major US cities or remote in the United States. The CAM will develop opportunities, manage risks, and coordinate with BLs to win large federal task orders while ensuring compliance with FAR and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, with leadership roles.
• Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and develop account plans with National Government teams.
• Manage pipeline, consultations and proposals, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Coordinate with Defense Directors, BLs and regional teams to drive growth.
