Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs across the organization. You will partner with Sales leadership to identify ongoing training needs and travel to various districts for refresher sessions and onboarding.

The role requires 3+ years of training experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Remote work is available with substantial travel expectations and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing and delivering training content
• Experience teaching and instructing individuals and groups using various techniques
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales training programs for the Sales team
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify training opportunities across districts
• Attend off-site team visits to identify training gaps and needs
• Promote usage of training resources and improve accessibility
• Deliver training content through in-person, simulations, and e-learning methods
• Coordinate product training needs with Product, Development, and Release Management
• Plan logistics for training events including agenda, room setup, and catering
• Travel up to 75% of the time
