Job summary

Western Union is hiring a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Sales team. You will work with leadership to identify training needs, travel to districts for refresher sessions, and coordinate logistics for events and conferences.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a background in training across departments. The position emphasizes collaboration with Product, Development, and Release Management to align training with

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive experience in developing and delivering training content across teams.
Experience teaching individuals and groups using multiple modalities.
Banking, financial services, or FinTech industry experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and implement sales training programs for the Sales team, including onboarding and reinforcement of strategy.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify training opportunities for new and current employees.
Travel up to 75% to train distributed teams and attend sales meetings and conferences.
Coordinate and plan logistics for training events (agenda, A/V, catering, presenters).
Promote resources and improve usability, relevance, and awareness of training materials.
Deliver training content via in-person, role-play, and e-learning methods.
Coordinate product training needs with Product, Development, and Release Management.
