Western Union is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver programs that onboard and upskill the Sales team, reinforce strategy, and raise performance across the company. The role requires strong communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
You will collaborate with Sales leadership, Product, and Release Management, and travel up to 75% to deliver onsite and virtual training.

The base salary range is $90,000 – $95,000.00 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
