Job summary

Lumicell is seeking a National Sales Director to build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives from a remote location. You will translate commercial strategy into disciplined execution and help create an exceptional customer experience during a crucial early commercialization phase.

You will partner with the CEO and commercial leadership to drive growth, establish sales plans, and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years of sales experience in medical devices or related field.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience mentoring and developing a team.
• Experience supporting an early-stage commercialization or go-to-market effort.
• Strong business judgment and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
• Proven track record of driving growth and aligning teams around goals.
