Job summary

Workwear Outfitters is seeking a National Sales Manager for CritiCore to drive North American sales growth from a remote position. The role targets existing accounts and key industrial customers, leveraging the company CRM to track activity and achieve annual objectives.

Base in Austin, TX preferred, with extensive travel to distributors and trade shows. The incumbent will lead product launches with marketing support, manage pricing and margins, and build strong relationships with national

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience.
• History of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone and in person presence.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales plan to drive sales and margin growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts.
• Quarterly business reviews with key national accounts.
• Lead new product launch with marketing support.
• Manage sales prices and margin on all customers.
• Maintain and expand our database of customers and prospects by utilizing our CRM software.
• Identify customer needs and industry trends to provide feedback for product development and marketing opportunities.
• 50% National Travel to distributors and industry trade shows.
