Robatech USA, Inc. is seeking a National Sales Engineering Manager to lead a nationwide sales team and drive revenue growth in hot and cold adhesive lines. The role collaborates with inside sales, operations, and engineering to deliver tailored solutions and manage forecasts.

The position requires a bachelor’s in Mechatronics and at least one year of sales experience in adhesives, with up to 50% travel across the U.S. Remote work is supported from anywhere in the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering required.
• 1 year of experience managing sales of cold and hot adhesive lines required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and align with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to tailor products to customer specifications and ensure system integration.
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts using Salesforce and Excel.
