Job summary

Henkel, a global leader in adhesives, is seeking a Technical Sales professional to support the General Industrial Adhesives business in the Dallas and east Texas territory. You will identify customer needs, present value propositions, train distributors, and drive growth.

You’ll collaborate across customer service, engineering and marketing, travel up to 20% overnight, and build lasting relationships while delivering Henkel solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience preferred.
• Strong value selling and relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft proficiency and ability to work remotely.
• 20% overnight travel in designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support to maximize growth in the Dallas and east Texas territory.
• Identify and quantify value propositions matching customer needs with Henkel solutions.
• Motivate and train authorized distributors to sell LOCTITE brand products.
• Develop and present training sessions for industrial customers and OEMs.
• Visit customers to solve manufacturing needs with our technologies and value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with service, marketing, engineering and other functions to deliver excellent customer experience.
