Job summary

Summer Search, a national non-profit, seeks a Director of Program Implementation to lead consistent, high-quality programming across its network and partner sites.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Programs, you will build systems, curricula, training, and support structures that scale to 3,000 participants this program year, advancing equity for youth.

This leadership role requires strategic vision, collaboration, and a commitment to transformative mentoring and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of non-profit experience with 4+ years in strategic program implementation leadership.
• Ability to translate organizational strategies into program delivery across a network.
• Strong collaboration and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead national program implementation maintaining fidelity to the model.
• Review and enhance curricula and resources for relevance and effectiveness.
• Improve implementation tools, processes, and support mechanisms.
• Foster data-informed decision-making and staff satisfaction.
• Support cross-site staff cohorts and national program initiatives.
• Develop and monitor program quality standards and benchmarks.
